The New Dome Hotel - Budget London Hotel

Hello!

The New Dome Hote London is a 2-star hotel in the center of London. This is one of those cheap London hotels with low prices and basic facilities, but still clean and comfortable, where you can find friendly staff and satisfactory service. I consider this type of budget London hotels very convenient accommodation option both in terms of price and location for those travelers who prefer to keep to their budget and save some money on lodging. I strongly recommend booking cheapest London accommodations well in advance, in this case you won’t have problems with checking in.

The New Dome Hotel London is very close to the heart of the capital and the most popular tourist attractions. My friends’ son chose this London hotel for that reason. He was traveling with a couple of friends, so they reserved a triple room with en-suite bathroom, a colour TV, a wardrobe and a hairdryer. Very basic, but everything worked properly. The personnel of The New Dome Hotel were attentive and quick to response guests’ request; so do not hesitate to ask at the reception if any extra facilities are required. The room was very clean, but very small for three young fellows.

You should keep in mind that there is no lift in The New Dome Hotel and pets are not allowed.

Continental breakfast was included in the room rate; it was just very basic, but fresh and hot.
My friends’ son said that on the whole he liked The New Dome Hotel in London – it is cheap and has everything you need to spend a couple of nights in London.

P.S.: Friends! Sorry, but I won’t be able to write London hotel reviews for some time due to some personal reasons. But I hope to be back quite soon. See you!

City Hotel London - Budget London Accommodation

Hello, friends!

Here is the overview of City Hotel in London, which is a good choice for business travelers who prefers to settle close to The City, and enjoy cheap London hotel with good service, friendly staff and conference facilities. I have had an experience of staying in this nice budget London accommodation last year. My secretary booked me a single room in City Hotel London for three nights. By the way, I prefer comparing hotels and booking in advance because I think that it usually guarantees getting the desired room and room facilities and avoiding disappointment, and, moreover, booking ahead just saves your time and keeps your nerve.

The location of City Hotel London didn’t disappoint me: it is one minute from the Aldgate East station, just off Whitechapel Street on the trendy Brick Lane; the City Hotel is adjacent to the Square Mile. Popular local attractions are within walking distance, so the hotel can be a good choice for leisure travelers, who come to London mostly for sightseeing reasons.
My room was equipped with bathroom, refrigerator, colour TV, telephone, safety box, hairdryer, tea & coffee-making facilities, iron, hairdryer. It was pleasant to have a complimentary newspaper. There were some problems with the hairdryer, but the staff was quick to replace the device.

Neither continental breakfast nor full English breakfast was included in the room rate, but you could have satisfactory breakfast for some extra charge (I don’t remember exactly, but it was somewhat about GBP 7.0).

The address of City Hotel London is 12-20 Osborn Street, London. I suggest this cheap London hotel well worth the money you pay.

Bye!

Cheap London Hotels - Norfolk Towers Hotel in London (part 2)

Hello, friends!

I go on with sharing my own experience about Norfolk Towers Hotel, a cheap London hotel in the heart of the city.

Check in was quick, the woman at the reception was very nice and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the room I booked. It was on the ground floor and it was comparatively spacious for London standards. There was a standard set of room amenities: air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, hairdryer, TV and radio, telephone, in-room safe, tea and coffee making facilities. Everything was clean, spotless and worked properly. The bed was comfortable, just for my taste – neither soft, nor tough. I had fresh towels everyday, housekeeping service didn’t disturb much. I noticed that the manager was checking every room after chambermaids had finished cleaning the room, so they kept vigilant watch on room and hotel cleanness.

As for meal plan, breakfast was not included in the room rate, but continental breakfast, as well as full English breakfast was available for some extra charge. The breakfast room was in the basement of the hotel, it was very nice, cosy and clean, with enough space for all the hotel guests. Breakfast was served from 7 a.m. till 10 a.m. There was a vast choice of food: toasts, croissants, cereals, fruit, juice, milk, coffee and the personnel were nice, deft and always ready to help.

There were free newspapers available in reception in the morning.

Altogether I had a satisfactory experience for the price I paid for my room in the Norfolk Towers Hotel London and would like to recommend this comparatively cheap London hotel for the capital guests.
