My friend’s opinion of Central House Hotel-Victoria in London
I found out yesterday that a close friend of mine had stayed at the same budget hotel in London when he went there with his family at the end of November. Yes, that is Central House Hotel-Victoria in London which I described and recommended in the previous post! I was talking to him about this blog asking him for any information concerning comfortable London hotels, comparatively inexpensive and pleasant, and, surprisingly, realized that he was describing me Central House Hotel-Victoria. I couldn’t believe that! So, that was even more interesting to exchange opinions of this London hotel (the more opinions we get the more objective review of the hotel we get, right?).
He went there for three days with his wife, 9-year-old son and a small daughter. They went there to take part in a family event and to see the sights. Their relatives advised them Central House Hotel-Victoria, because it was close to the city center and tourists’ major places of interest, such as Buckingham Palace, The Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square and the Tate Gallery. They couldn’t see all of those places, but anyway it was pleasant to stay in the hotel in the center of London. They settled in a triple room en suite with one standard double bed and one standard single bed. His daughter, who is under 3 years, stayed free of charge. It seemed to him that the room was rather small for four of them, but it was very clean. Their room was situated at the back of the hotel and was so quiet - no traffic noise at all. All public and private spaces in the hotel were non-smoking, which is important if you travel with children. Breakfasts were excellent, children liked them a lot.
Thus, we agreed in opinion: Central House Hotel-Victoria is a good place to stay in London.
